Join us for a sweet celebration that blends delicious innovation with local history preservation. The Sundae Showdown brings together creative ice cream enthusiasts and dessert lovers to support The History Center in Tompkins County.



How It Works:

1. Recipe creators from across the country are welcome to submit their most spectacular, interesting, and exciting sundae creations.

2. A curated panel of guest judges review the submissions and select the most promising finalists.

3. You decide the winner at the Sundae Showdown on Sunday, April 20th, at the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center. Get your passport back in time to sample all of the recipe finalists and vote for the winner of the best ice cream sundae, in the home of the ice cream sundae!
